Mr. Leab Epic Hero Paper
For this paper, you are a Greek general preparing for battle. You must choose one (1) epic hero from the epic stories that we've read, and explain why that hero would best represent you and Greece. You must not discuss everything there is to say about these heroes, but rather should choose two or three heroic aspects about them that interests you and provokes thoughtful analysis. For example, you might consider Perseus’s bravery or Odysseus’s cleverness. You must use the text to prove your points as well. If you mention Theseus and the Minotaur, for example, you must you the text to show what it represents. This includes citations.
